Help identify this transformer

I have an output transformer that I remember salvaging @ 25 years ago. I just can't remember what I took it out of. Seems like it might have been a PA amp. Maybe 4 6l6 ultralinear.

This might become part of my new midsize bass amp.

The numbers on top are.

Pretty sure the 138 8 26 is a stancor ( 138 )  from the 26th week of a year ending in 8 ( most likely to be early though could go up to the seventies )

One of the other numbers might be the transformer number. If Dawg shows up he can probably confirm if this is a Stancor and might know which transformer it is so you could figure out what it came out of or if you can use it as you want.

No guarantees though don't really know.

I had a brain fart about the EIA numbers. Found some old Stancor catalogs on the net (after your tip)and the form is Stancor SC.

Maybe I'll leave the op tube type open until I get a chance to try different combinations.
