You might try one of the EH Q-Tron variants. Perferably one that lets you choose the range (LP, BP, HP, MIX) and you'll probably have the most success with the MIX or Low Pass setting if you want to keep your low end. The Boss FT-2 is pretty similar but it is either BP or LP only (I forget which).

Another option is using any env filter you like but splitting your signal so you keep the dry tone as well as hearing the filtered one.

I really like the old cheapy DOD 545 or 545-A Wah Filter. My bandmate likes the Boss T-Wah with bass.
